Our "take and bake" Pizzas


Our pizza dough is made of original Italian flour (00 type) in a long fermentation process without the addition of sugar. This maturation process brings better digestion, providing a low glycemic index. The best and most famous Brazilian toppings and authentic Pomodoro sauce will bring you closer to Brazil.

Each pizza is sold inside a special package that is 100% oven-safe. They can go straight to a conventional oven with a pre-heated temperature of 400F.  You don't necessarily need to eat it on the same day! Feel free to refrigerate it or freeze it according to the instructions in each package!


Long Fermentation

Long fermentation and sugar-free dough offer benefits such as improved digestibility, enhanced nutritional value, lower glycemic index, reduced calorie content, enhanced flavor and texture, and extended shelf life. These factors contribute to a healthier and more enjoyable eating experience.

Pomodoro Sauce

A classic Italian tomato sauce made from ripe tomatoes, olive oil, and a variety of herbs such as basil, oregano, or parsley. It is known for its simplicity and vibrant flavors. The tomatoes are typically peeled, seeded, and simmered with the other ingredients to create a smooth and rich sauce. Its fresh and tangy taste adds a burst of flavor to any dish it accompanies.

Among the top ingredients that we carefully select are Brazilian Calabresa, known for its spicy and flavorful profile, and Catupiry, a creamy and beloved Brazilian cheese. Additionally, we use ingredients like black olives and fresh mozzarella to enhance the taste and texture of our pizzas. Our commitment to quality and the combination of these exceptional ingredients ensures that every bite is a delightful experience.
